RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Liquor N Poker, we get that sometimes things don’t work out — whether it’s the fit, the vibe, or the colour. That’s why we’ve kept our returns and exchanges process simple. Just follow the steps below to make sure we can handle your request quickly and smoothly.
RETURNING FOR A REFUND
All returns must be submitted via our online returns portal. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any eligible item.
Please note:

Liquor N Poker does not cover return postage. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging included.
Once your return arrives, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days. If approved, a refund will be issued (minus any original shipping charges). Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
RETURNING FOR AN EXCHANGE
Need a different size or style? You can request an exchange within 30 days of purchase via our returns portal.
Please note:

Return postage is not covered — it’s your responsibility to send the item back in original, undamaged, unused condition with all tags and packaging.

Once received, the item will be inspected. If it meets our criteria, we’ll ship your replacement within 3–5 working days.

Standard delivery time applies from the dispatch date.
If your requested item is sold out or your return doesn’t pass inspection, we’ll notify you by email and issue a refund instead.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international customers:

Clearly mark parcels and enclosed paperwork with “Returned Items” to help avoid unnecessary customs charges.

Liquor N Poker is not liable for any import duties, customs fees, or return shipping costs.

If you refuse delivery or fail to pay import charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct the original shipping cost and a 5% handling fee from your refund.
A FEW QUICK TIPS TO AVOID DELAYS

Always include your order number and full name inside the parcel.

Use tracked shipping — we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.

Returns that don’t meet the above criteria may be rejected or delayed.
