Our cut-off time for processing orders is 12 PM (noon) UK Time Zone, Monday to Friday.
Any orders placed after 12 PM (noon) UK Time Zone on Friday or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

- All USA orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means duties and taxes are included in your purchase price and paid to US Customs on your behalf.
- These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including when goods are returned or delivery is refused.
Returns & Refused Deliveries
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to the UK. If an order is refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned to us, duties, taxes, and shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Any additional courier return charges will also be deducted from your refund. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
SHIPPING DELAY INFO
