EU / INTERNATIONAL

• FREE EU SHIPPING on all orders over £150 via Royal Mail

• EU / International standard delivery on average is 7 days but can take up to 21 days

• Please note: As the UK has left the EU, customs and duty charges may be applicable. Please check before ordering if in doubt.

• Original cost of delivery plus 5% handling fee will be charged for any order returned due to non-payment of import taxes.

⚠️ USA ORDERS

• All USA orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means duties & taxes are included in your purchase price and paid to US Customs on your behalf.

• These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including when goods are returned or delivery is refused.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to the UK.

• If an order is refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned to us, duties, taxes, and shipping charges cannot be refunded.

• Any additional courier return charges will also be deducted from your refund.
